Beverly is a recurring character in the Amazon Prime Video television series, A League of Their Own. She is portrayed by Dale Dickey.
Biography[]
Beverly is the "house mom" for the girls on the Rockford Peaches. She helps guide them and learn to dress and act like ladies. She created a lot of rules for them in the house they shared together -such as never wearing pants, only skirts and dresses. Beverly enforced these rules but always had the girls best interests at heart.
When Jo got in trouble with the police, Beverly was the one to help get her out of that situation. She traded her to the Blue Sox when she realized Rockford was no longer a safe place for Jo.
